OMC EST 1940 is a member supported and directed motor sports club in Boise, Idaho; which promotes tours, events and race meets including Motocross and Short Track events year round. Our racing is open to everyone. You do not have to be a member to race at OMC.
Visit our Contact us page for directions and hotel information.
Monthly club meetings provide the members an opportunity to have a voice in the direction of the club. Additionally, club members have the privilege of riding at the grounds on non race days, year round.
The DAY before each Motocross race there is a "work day" for race preparation the facility is closed.. Also, we always need flaggers at each race. Members can also get "work" hours by helping with track clean-up such as trash pick-up, starting gate, emptying trash cans, and many other house keeping items.
Take a minute to look around our site. If you can not find something please check the contacts page and someone will be able to help you out. Click the pages to the left to get specific information. Click the headlines below to get more information on the happenings of OMC.

When you come to the Club to work on race days you will pay at the gate house to enter the property. Next you will come to the Club House and sign up for the day. When you come back to get your hours worked signed off you will get your money back. We are sorry for this, however we needed a process in place to ensure workers entering the property actually work and not just say they are working. Thanks to everyone who gets involved in our Club and works.
6/11/09 We only have a limited amount of lunch vouchers available for each race. If you are planning on flagging and want to eat, you will need a voucher from now on. These will be distibuted on a first come, first served basis. Come early, sign up, and receive your voucher. Once they're gone, we're out for that day. You can still flag for your hours, but will be responsible for your own meal. Thanks.
The 2009 OMC Board has voted to give a 10 hour penaltiy to those who let their membership lapse. What this means is if you allow your membership to lapse by not putting in the required hours in the required timeframe, you will have to put in 10 hours of work minimum BEFORE your card will be turned back on. This 10 hour penalty IS IN ADDITION TO YOUR REQUIRED HOURS so, as an expample: single membership requires 20 hours a year; if you let your membership lapse, you will be required to give 30 hours of service to stay in good standing. FYI each member is required to put in at least half their hours by June 1st and the balance of their hours by Oct. Only members-in-good-standing will be allowed to vote in October Elections. MED
